The property has a magnificent open-plan living area designed with socialising in mind, complete with a modern kitchen, a spacious sitting area with a modern woodburning stove, and a dining area featuring beautiful sea views, a carved wooden dining table and bi-folding doors leading out on to the sea-facing terrace… the ideal spot for evening drinks. Off this room is a utility with cloakroom, and a designated TV room for relaxing in after a day walking the coast path. On the first floor is a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and balcony, a double bedroom and a family bathroom, whilst the separate first floor wing accessed via different stairs is home to a double en-suite bedroom. On the second floor are two further en-suite twin rooms, one of which also has a balcony – the opportunities to watch the sunset in style are endless!

In addition to the terrace and balconies there is also a sheltered back garden – another desirable, peaceful spot for dinner or drinks around the fire pit.

The Lawns is fabulously located for walking to Port Isaac’s many cafés and restaurants, visiting nearby Port Gaverne, or heading out for a drive to Rock eight miles away, where you can catch the foot ferry to Padstow for Rick Stein’s famed fish and chips on the quay.

With so much to see and do along North Cornwall’s coast, The Lawns makes for an excellent, well-designed base for those looking for a memorable group getaway.

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
